Saturday 9am Class

Hero Saturday Week 2:
Coach Casey Warloe, Insurance adjuster by day, Firefighter by night. For a tall athlete Coach Casey like to snatch, and you wont hear him ask for a specific playlist, anything goes. Unless your complaining. We asked Coach Casey why he choose this Hero WOD and he said, “I selected this hero WOD as in my spare time I am a volunteer firefighter for Asotin County Fire District 1.  This WOD is dedicated to dedicated to a Boston Firefighter that lost his life in the line of duty and prior to that he served as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps.  He dedicated his life to his country and his community and never stopped serving.  To me it is a reminder of just how precious and short life is.”
