10 reps, Push Ups, Pull Ups, Sit Up’s, AirSquats
SWOD:
Front Squat 6 rep building to 80%
WOD:
4 rounds
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Rest 1 min Between Rounds
PWOD:
Couch Stretch 30 sec each side
